Job summary

Paisly is seeking a Junior Analyst, Cloud Engineering Compliance to support audit readiness, control maintenance and cross-border initiatives. You will collect evidence, manage vendor questionnaires and support internal controls across engineering, security, product and legal teams.

The role emphasizes organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required as part of audits and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field; OR High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
• One (1) year of foundational experience in technical compliance, operational risk, or information security support.
• Basic understanding of general data privacy concepts and technical security fundamentals.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail for handling records and balancing concurrent responsibilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally with legal, security, data, product and engineering teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
• Must pass a ten (10) year background check.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
• Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection, organization and archiving of documentation and evidence for internal and external audits, assessments and certifications, such as SOC 2, ISO and PCI-DSS.
• Support third-party and vendor risk management activities, including sending, tracking and collecting vendor compliance questionnaires, SOC reports and security assessment documentation.
• Maintain the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform by logging compliance evidence and updating control statuses.
• Maintain internal task trackers, regulatory logs, ticketing queues and remediation plans while balancing multiple requests.
• Document technical compliance considerations, data handling needs and operational requirements for cross-border rollouts and new markets.
• Assist with routine administrative checks and monitoring of technical security controls, access logs and system documentation.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, record actions and maintain central repository documentation for cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare compliance reporting materials, update routine policies and track team completion of training programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
