Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking Civil Engineering students or recent graduates for entry-level roles at our Freeport, IL office. You will contribute to civil, municipal, land development and environmental projects, working with a team to learn and grow in a supportive, dynamic environment.

You’ll draft reports, assist with specifications, and interact with clients and project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables on time and within budget. This role emphasizes learning, growth, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; up to 3 years’ experience for recent grads.
• Must be able to speak and write well and work as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to handle data and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil, municipal, land development and/or environmental engineering services using prescribed methods.
• Draft reports and assist with specifications; select preliminary equipment.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to deliver projects on time and on budget.
