Job summary

Fehr Graham seeks civil engineering students and recent graduates to join our team across Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin. You will provide civil, municipal, land development and environmental engineering services under supervision, delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You’ll learn from staff engineers and project managers, draft reports, assist with specifications, and help select equipment. We promote teamwork and leadership development for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Team-oriented with ability to learn and adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil, municipal, land development and environmental engineering services using prescribed methods.
• Perform specific portions of broader assignments under supervision and apply standard practices.
• Work directly with clients and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Draft reports, assist with specifications and initial equipment selections.
• Collaborate with staff engineers, project engineers and environmental scientists to share data and insights.
