Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of civil engineering experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software programs.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and assist in the preparation of reports and designs for construction projects.
• Assist in the calculation and analysis of structural elements such as foundations walls and beams.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct research on materials, regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials labor and equipment for construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior engineers.
