Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with investigators and case managers to gather the evidence necessary to support the legal action appropriate for each child.
  • Prepare witnesses to testify at trial and present pleadings and evidence effectively.
  • Employ best practice litigation techniques to lead dependency advocacy.
