The right candidate will receive hands-on experience and training while developing the skills necessary to become an experienced Cabinet Installer and potentially a Lead Installer in the future.

We value attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and quality of work as much as previous experience.

  • Assist with demolition and preparation of kitchen and bathroom spaces when required.

  • Learn to read cabinet drawings, layouts, and project plans.

  • Measure and verify dimensions before and during installation.

  • Assist with punch list items and final project completion.

  • Develop the skills necessary to complete installations independently over time.
