Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking a junior C++ Software Engineer to contribute to developing software solutions, collaborate in an Agile environment, and learn across projects. You will work under supervision to implement requirements analysis and resolve technical issues.

Candidates should have strong C++ fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team; Security clearance (Secret) is required or obtainable per federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods.
• Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications.
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of C++ fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data types and structures, standard library, memory management, and design patterns.
• Ability to problem-solve and critically think through software issues, including utilizing debuggers and testing infrastructure to troubleshoot issues.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
