Job summary

Applied Medical Technology, Inc. is seeking a Junior Buyer in the Purchasing department to issue purchase orders based on organizational needs. You will interact with suppliers and internal staff to expedite orders and perform other supply chain tasks.

You should have a Bachelor's in a related field, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in purchasing is a plus; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Generates new ideas and innovation for the purchasing department

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders in a timely manner
• Follow up on purchase order status with suppliers
• ISO document control
• Maintain data in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Maintaining current MRO inventory
• Source new suppliers
• Other duties as assigned
