What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional user stories
- Assist in managing the team's product backlog and ensuring requirements are organized
- Facilitate meetings to define and document business requirements
- Provide user support by answering calls and emails, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions
- Write test cases and perform various types of testing including bug-fix and regression testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1-2 years of experience in a related role if the degree is in an unrelated field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical topics
- Strong analytical skills, including the integration of information from multiple sources
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels of authority

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile SDLC methodology (Scrum)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps for tracking product backlog items
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Knowledge of SQL and Selenium
- Interest or experience in Software Development and Data Analytics
