We are in need of a talented and driven Junior Back-End Developer to join our team in Akron As a Junior Back-End Developer you will work closely with our front-end development team to ensure the smooth integration of server-side components and features Your main responsibilities will include writing clean and efficient code troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to improve overall system functionality In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in back-end development We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in programming languages such as Java C++ or Python as well as experience with database management systems like MySQL or Oracle To be successful in this role you should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and stability of our systems Previous experience with Agile methodologies is a plus This is a contract position that offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site at our office in Akron We welcome candidates without prior professional experience but expect you to have a strong understanding of back-end development principles and be eager to learn and grow within our organization
