Qualifications:

Required:

• Candidate must be within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX, or willing to relocate. Some travel in the US may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
• At least 2 years of IT experience
• At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of projects in Azure, Databricks, Python, PySpark, SQL
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting

Preferred:

• Knowledge of software engineering design patterns and practices
• Strong understanding of Data structures, Data Engineering concepts, Algorithms, Multi-threading, memory management, and concurrency
• Experience in large-scale cloud data migrations using Databricks, Python, Spark, SQL
• Good understanding of Agile frameworks
• Experience in Banking/Financial domain
• Nice to have experience with Snowflake
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder teams
• Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment
