This is an entry-level position designed for individuals passionate about technology and eager to learn the fundamentals of Audio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) installation. As a Junior AVL Installer, you will work alongside senior technicians to help deliver high-quality audiovisual solutions in corporate, live event, and entertainment environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of audio, video, and lighting systems including cabling, mounting, and equipment setup.
• Support senior installers with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Help maintain and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and company best practices during all installation activities.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces when required.
• Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn quickly.
