The Division of Examinations is seeking a early career Attorney-Adviser, SK0905-11/12 in the Office of Broker-Dealers (BDX), Office of FINRA and Securities Industry Oversight (FSIO) Office of Investment Advisers and Investment Companies (IA/IC) and Office of Clearance Settlement (OCS) and Private Funds Unit (PFU) in various locations. SK-11: Applicant must possess a J.D. or LL.B. degree AND be an active member of the bar in good standing in any state, territory of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
SK-12: Applicant must possess at least one year of post-J.D. experience defining legal issues, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents such as contracts, dispositions, pleadings, and motions. OR one of the following below:
