A growing labor & employment law firm is seeking a fully remote, contract-to-hire Entry Level Attorney or Associate Attorney based in California. This role offers an hourly wage of $40-45, expected commission of $2,000+ monthly, and comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and a 401k plan. Candidates must hold a CA Bar license and be willing to work on a pre-litigation negotiation team. After 3 months, there is a potential for conversion to a permanent position.
