Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and sponsors in debt finance transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements, term and revolving facilities.
• Negotiate collateral agreements and related deliverables.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a collaborative, collegial atmosphere.
