Responsibilities

• Conduct background research on AI policy developments, committee activities, and AI governance trends; draft memos and briefing decks.
• Support event planning for Hill briefings, donor meetings, and virtual webinars; assist with travel, scheduling, and expense tracking.
• Help maintain CRM data and contact databases.
• Draft social-media posts, newsletters, and website updates; proofread policy briefs.
• Monitor breaking AI news and flag urgent developments for senior staff.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and senior leadership.
