Job summary

Rainbow USA is seeking a Junior Assistant Manager to join our team. This entry-level management role enables you to learn the business while operating a Rainbow USA store and developing leadership skills. At least 6 months of experience as a department manager in retail is required to qualify.

You will train and motivate staff, handle multiple tasks, stay punctual, and maintain an organized, detail-focused approach while delivering friendly, customer-first service in a fast-paced environment.
