Job summary

Rainbow USA is seeking a Junior Assistant Manager to learn our store operations and develop the skills to run a location. This entry level management role expects at least 6 months of department manager experience in a retail setting.

You will train staff, manage multiple tasks, and ensure a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented environment with a strong customer-service ethos. Growth opportunities are available within our expanding store network.
