Job summary

Rainbow USA is seeking a Junior Assistant Manager to learn our business and develop the skills to operate one Rainbow store. The role requires at least 6 months of prior department manager experience in a retail setting, with a strong emphasis on customer service and leadership.

You will train staff, supervise daily store activities, and contribute to a positive, energetic shopping environment while supporting growth within the company.
