Job summary

Bandit Running, Inc. seeks a Junior Art Director to shape Bandit's visual storytelling across campaigns, shoots, social, and e-commerce.

You will collaborate with the Art Director and Head of Brand Design to translate ideas into compelling creative across brand touchpoints. You bring a strong portfolio, 3+ years in art direction or graphic design, and a keen eye for typography, color, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a related creative role in fashion, apparel, sport, lifestyle, or a similar brand or agency.
• Strong portfolio showing visual taste, design fundamentals, and evolving art direction.
• Excellent typography, composition, color, photography, and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative leadership to develop seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Translate direction into mood boards, layouts, and visual systems.
• Help art direct photo and video shoots with photographers and stylists.
• Support shot lists, casting, locations, styling, and set design for shoots.
• Design across social, digital, e-commerce, email, retail, events, and brand channels.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Retail teams to translate business needs into on-brand creative.
• Present ideas confidently in reviews and maintain Bandit’s visual consistency.
