Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Junior Architect/PM with 0–3 years of architecture experience. You will support QA/QC, assist in producing construction documents and reports, and work with Project Managers to ensure code compliance. BIM support and renderings may be required, plus involvement in FCA and Master Planning tasks.

You will travel to project sites, collaborate with consultants and clients, and help deliver projects to meet technical standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• Actively pursuing Architecture licensure.
• 0-3 years of experience in architecture design or project management.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers to ensure QA/QC standards are met across programs and projects.
• Assist in producing construction documents and reports through effective communication with team members.
• Provide BIM support and produce renderings as part of contracted services when required.
• Assist with Facilities Condition Assessments and Master Planning documents.
• Travel to project sites and balance multiple projects to meet deadlines.
