Job summary

MicroGenDX is seeking a Junior Solutions Architect, AI Operations to bridge MicroGenDX’s software stack with AI capabilities under the CTO. You’ll design automated workflows, replace legacy processes, and build scalable AI infrastructure.

Collaborate with bioinformatics, IT, and software engineering teams to ensure secure, compliant AI orchestration. This role focuses on systems-thinking, cloud integration, and governance with NDA obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE or related field.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or LLM API integrations.
• Familiarity with prompt versioning and LLM model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure integrations (Python and C#) enabling LLMs to interact with internal databases.
• Architect autonomous AI agents for multi-step business logic.
• Implement model and prompt versioning, monitoring, and auditing for traceability.
