Job summary

Trinity is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Associate to support our Acoustics Studio. You will report to a Studio Head and contribute to project deliverables across acoustical consulting engagements.

Responsibilities include learning company protocols, achieving billing goals, gathering project information, and developing AutoCAD proficiency, while performing site surveys and preparing follow-up reports under direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in acoustics, engineering or related field.
• 0–1 year of acoustics or related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support acoustics project execution under supervision of senior staff.
• Learn company policies, billing goals, and project workflows.
• Assist with site surveys, data collection and reports.
• Develop proficiency in AutoCAD and related tools.
• Maintain project data and support reporting to leadership.
