• Student Billing & Collections: assist monthly billing for 900+ families with accuracy and follow-up.
• Family Financial Liaison: handle billing inquiries with clear, professional communication.
• Financial Assistance Administration: support aid applications and awards per policy.
• Financial Analysis & Reconciliation: reconcile general ledger and subsidiary systems.
• Budgeting & Financial Planning: assist multi-division financial planning aligned with goals.
• Enrollment Contract & Revenue Management: support enrollment setup and tracking.
• Audit Preparation & Compliance: prepare schedules and docs for annual audit.
