Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred with strong motivation
• Experience in accounting or finance in fast-paced environment
• Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
• Solid GAAP knowledge with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile accounts, review financial records, and investigate discrepancies while maintaining compliance with established accounting standards
• Support month-end and year-end closings with journal entries, reporting, and account analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing issues, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive working relationships
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying efficiencies, assisting with reporting needs, and supporting ongoing accounting initiatives
