Responsibilities

• Record Transactions: Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate records.
• Accounts Receivable and Invoicing: Update AR records and issue invoices promptly.
• Accounts Payable Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile AP to maintain accuracy.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in balance sheets, income statements and other reports.
• Monthly/Yearly Closings: Collaborate with senior accountants on closings.
• Additional Projects: Support other accounting projects as needed.
