Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 1+ year of accounting experience; internship experience considered.
• Understanding of general accounting principles.
• Experience with journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with financial reporting and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Prepare supporting documentation for audits and reporting.
• Assist with special projects and process improvements.
• Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
