Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Recent graduate or 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Eager to learn and develop within an accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day general accounting activities and financial transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month‑end close activities.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and account coding.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and outstanding items.
• Assist with fixed asset tracking and other accounting schedules.
