CFS is partnering with a client seeking a Junior Accountant in Connecticut. The role offers growth in a well-established environment with an employee-owned culture and clear paths for advancement.

You will join a collaborative team committed to professional development and accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include processing daily transactions, supporting AP/AR, performing reconciliations, assisting with month-end closes, and supporting audits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial statements.

Mansioni

• Process and record daily accounting transactions in the company’s accounting software.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice and payment processing.
• Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and preparation of financial reports.
• Provide support for audits and participate in special accounting projects as needed.
