Job summary

Baxter Aerospace, LLC is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage our finances on-site in Utah. The role requires preparing and analyzing financial statements, supervising AP/AR, payroll and GL, and developing budgets and forecasts.

You will ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with external auditors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and the ability to work as a team player while independently

Qualifications

• Willing to commute; position is in-person.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll and GL.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and long-term financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax regulations.
• Establish internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reliable reporting.
• Work with external auditors during audits and implement recommendations.
• Interpersonal communication skills; team player and able to work independently.

EXPECTED HOURS/SCHEDULE

• Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
