Job summary

Joe & The Juice in Brentwood, CA, is seeking a friendly barista to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will follow our product manual to ensure consistency, maintain high hygiene standards, and contribute to a vibrant team culture.

Ideal candidates bring guest-service experience, strong communication, and teamwork. This on-site role offers $21 per hour plus tips, plus health insurance, with opportunities to grow within our Moneyball career framework.

PAY & BENEFITS

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift between 10 and 20 lbs.
Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.
Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.
Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
