Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Food Demonstrator to prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase in a retail setting. The role involves setting up demonstrations, reading program materials, and ensuring safety and food handling procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include equipment safety, lifting, and maintaining a clean workspace, with opportunities to engage customers through samples and product demonstrations to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing or demonstrations preferred.
• Ability to safely prepare juice or specialty products for purchase.
• Ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events.
• Applicable state/local food safety certification or license.

Responsibilities

• Properly set up and prepare the area for specialized food products.
• Read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand scope, instructions, and requirements.
• Follow all safety requirements when using equipment and lifting heavy merchandise.
• Adhere to procedures related to safe food handling, production, packaging and labeling.
• Complete reporting requirements as required.
• Monitor event schedules and communicate updates to supervisor.
• Attend training sessions and complete required certifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and sanitize as required.
• Assist teammates with event setup/cleanup and kitchen duties when needed.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
