Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a part‑time team member to prepare juice and specialty products for demonstrations and purchase. You will set up areas, read program materials, and ensure safe handling and accurate reporting for events.

The role requires reading instructions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in retail environments. Certifications in food safety and related training are preferred; bilingual skills may be useful based on need.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Previous experience in Product Marketing, Product Demonstrations or in the food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred.
• Certificates, Licenses: Applicable state and local food safety certification or license.
• Physical Demands: Regularly required to lift and stand for extended periods; see description for details.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare area for specialized food products.
• Read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand scope and requirements.
• Follow all safety requirements when using equipment and lifting.
• Adhere to procedures related to safe food handling, preparation, packaging and labeling.
• Complete reporting requirements, including online ones, as required.
• Monitor product event schedules and communications from supervisor.
• Attend trainings and obtain certifications as required.
• Follow safety guidelines for machine operation, cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, sterile work area with proper cleaning chemicals.
• Assist teammates with event setup/cleanup or kitchen duties as needed.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
