Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, specializes in retail events and demos for brand engagements. This role prepares juice and specialty products for purchase, conducts demonstrations and ensures safe handling in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will read program materials, set up and run product demos, complete reporting, and assist with event logistics while maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, product demonstrations or in the food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred.
• Ability to safely and effectively prepare juice or other specialty products for purchase.
• Ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events of other products as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the area for specialized food products.
• Read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand scope and production requirements.
• Follow safety requirements when using equipment and practice proper lifting techniques.
• Adhere to all tasks and procedures related to safe food handling, preparation, packaging and labeling.
• Complete all reporting requirements (online where required).
• Monitor the product event schedule and communicate updates to supervisor.
• Complete certifications and attend training sessions as required.
• Follow safety guidelines for machine operation, cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, sterile work area and appropriate cleaning procedures.
• Assist teammates with event setup/cleanup and kitchen duties as needed.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
