Job summary

SunLife is hiring a Malibu-based Associate to be the face of the brand. You’ll greet guests, mix and serve healthy drinks, and keep the store sparkling while delivering SunLife vibes every day.

You’ll work with a friendly team in a high-energy environment, learn SunLife’s products, and earn $18.42 per hour plus tips. The role requires at least 15 hours/week and 3+ days, with light lifting and ability to move around the store.

As a SunLife Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand, serving up delicious, healthy drinks with a side of positive energy! Whether you’re greeting guests, making smoothies, or keeping the store sparkling clean, you’ll play a key role in creating the best customer experience possible. You’ll work with an awesome team to maintain a fun, high-energy atmosphere while mastering SunLife’s amazing products and delivering that SunLife vibe every day. Plus, you’ll earn $18.42/hr + tips for your hard work!

What You’ll Do:

• Serve with Sunshine: Greet every guest with a smile, serve up amazing drinks, and create the best customer experience on the planet.
• Product Pro: Master all SunLife products and be the go-to person for recommendations, questions, and nutrition tips.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Work together with the team to produce and serve the highest-quality products quickly and efficiently.

What You Need:

• Passion for healthy, organic food and SunLife’s mission.
• At least 14 years old (or the legal working age in your area).
• Ready to work at least 15 hours/week and 3+ days.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, stand, bend, reach, and move around (including in coolers and freezers).
• Tech-savvy enough to use basic computer tools (no expert required!).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
