As a Juice Barista, you will be one of the faces of JuiceRx. We will teach you our menu and our story. What matters most is that you are friendly, reliable, curious, and ready to work. We offer daytime shifts across multiple neighborhoods with strong weekend availability.

JuiceRx is hiring dependable, energetic people to join our Chicago store team. We are a Chicago-born company making cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, wellness shots, and plant-based foods. Our goal is simple: nourish our communities with real food.

As a Juice Barista, you will be one of the faces of JuiceRx. You do not need to be a nutrition expert—we will teach you our menu and our story. What matters most is that you are friendly, reliable, curious, and ready to work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Welcome customers and provide warm, helpful service
• Take orders accurately and operate the point-of-sale system
• Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, and other menu items quickly and consistently

YOU WILL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU ARE

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers
• Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail
• Able to multitask and maintain a sense of urgency
• Interested in plant-based food, wellness, hospitality, or great customer service
• Available to work weekends; weekend availability is strongly preferred
• Comfortable standing for extended periods

SCHEDULE AND LOCATIONS

We offer daytime work with your nights free. Opening shifts begin at approximately 7:00 a.m. in Streeterville, 7:30 a.m. in Bucktown, and 8:00 a.m. in Lakeview. Stores close by approximately 4:00 p.m. We especially need broad or full-time availability in Bucktown. Applicants may select a preferred store, and team members open to helping at multiple locations are welcome.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $14.00 per hour base pay plus pooled tips
• Team members typically earn approximately $17–$20 per hour in total compensation, depending on location, season, store traffic, and staffing. Streeterville and Bucktown tend to reach this range more consistently; Lakeview may trend lower during slower periods. Tips vary and are not guaranteed; JuiceRx ensures pay meets the applicable minimum wage.
