Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a candidate to prepare juice and other specialty products for purchase and to support in-store demonstrations and events. The role involves setting up displays, performing product tastings, and ensuring food safety during all activities.

You will work in a retail environment, collaborating with team members to execute event schedules, read program materials, and maintain clean, safe workspaces while adhering to safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Previous experience in Product Marketing, Product Demonstrations or in the food, beverage or restaurant industry preferred.
• Skills: Safely and effectively prepare juice or other specialty products for purchase.
• Skills: Conduct demonstrations and sampling events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the area for specialized food products.
• Read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand scope, instructions, and production requirements.
• Follow safety requirements when using equipment and lift heavy merchandise properly.
• Adhere to tasks related to safe food handling, production, packaging, labeling, and disposal.
• Complete reporting as required, including online tasks.
• Monitor the product events schedule and communicate changes to supervisor.
• Complete certifications and attend required trainings.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and use appropriate cleaning chemicals.
• Assist teammates with event setup/cleanup and kitchen duties as needed.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
