Job summary

Acosta Group’s Product Connections division is hiring for a part-time position in a retail environment. You will prepare juice and specialty products for demonstrations, set up booths, and present samples to customers, while following food-safety guidelines and safety procedures.

You will read program materials, participate in trainings, and complete reporting requirements for events. This role involves lifting, standing, and assisting with setup/teardown as needed, with a focus on customer

Qualifications

• Ability to safely and effectively prepare juice or other specialty products for purchase.
• Ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events of other products as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the area for specialized food products.
• Read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand program scope and requirements.
• Follow safety requirements when using equipment and lift heavy merchandise.
• Adhere to tasks for safe food handling, production, packaging and labeling.
• Complete all reporting requirements, including online requirements.
• Monitor the product event schedule and communicate updates to supervisor.
• Complete necessary certifications and attend training sessions.
• Follow safety guidelines for machine operation, cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, sterile work area with proper cleaning chemicals.
• Assist teammates with event setup/teardown and kitchen duties as needed.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
