Job summary

Product Connections in Quincy, IL is seeking a hands-on event facilitator to prepare juice and other specialty products for demonstrations and purchase. You will set up displays, read materials, and ensure program scope and safety compliance while coordinating with team members.

You will conduct tastings and demonstrations, maintain clean work areas, assist with event setup and teardown, and complete reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely and effectively prepare juice or other specialty products for purchase.
• Ability to conduct demonstrations and sampling events of other products as needed.

Responsibilities

• Properly set up and prepare the area for specialized food products.
• Read materials accompanying product demonstrations to understand program scope and requirements.
• Follow safety requirements when using equipment and practice proper lifting techniques.
• Adhere to tasks related to safe food handling, packaging, labeling, merchandising and disposal.
• Complete reporting requirements (including online) as required.
• Monitor the events schedule and communications for upcoming activities and changes.
• Attend required trainings and certifications as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sterile work area and use proper cleaning chemicals/equipment.
• Assist teammates with event setup/cleanup and kitchen duties when needed.
• Conduct food sampling and demonstrations to support business needs.
