Qualifications

• Two years of related experience such as clerical, customer service, administrative, detailed support, or supervisory duties.
• Background check via fingerprinting and enrollment in RAP Back program as per policy.
• Successful completion of Judicial Processing Specialist training within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Works with arresting officers, detainees, court personnel, and state and federal agencies.
• Generates official legal records and updates them as new information is received.
• Reviews affidavits and submits complete documents to judges in accordance with state law.
• Processes court orders accurately and maintains confidentiality.
• Determines jurisdiction for charges, warrants, detainers, and release agreements.
• Sets and processes bail, bonds, and fines.
• Coordinates detainee releases and notifies relevant departments.
• Conducts audits of official records to ensure accuracy.
