Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of Court and State financial and budget policies.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial evaluations, interviews, and investigations to determine ability to pay Court‑assessed costs.
Analyze financial records and information and prepare findings, agreements, forms, and reports for the Court.
Establish payment plans in accordance with Court policies and procedures.
Monitor accounts, identify delinquent payments, and assist with collection and cost recovery efforts.
Provide customer service and support to defendants, responsible parties, attorneys, Court staff, and the public regarding payments and account status.
