Job summary

Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a Mechanech and/or Mechanechet for the Elementary School. The role involves teaching Limmudei Kodesh (Tanach, Mishna, Torah Sheb’eal Peh) and integrating Chumash using Barkai with a Hebrew immersion model.

Ideal candidates will engage with kehilla beyond the classroom, including weekly shiurim and drashot, and contribute to a dynamic, community-centered education.

Responsibilities

• Foster a student-centered learning environment and positive classroom culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support student growth and community ties.
