Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lean Transformation leader to support Industrial Automation sites in the region, leveraging the HMX framework to coach facility leadership, improve processes, and develop a mature lean culture. You will work primarily to transform supply chain functions with significant travel to Ciudad Juarez and other sites.

Qualifications

Lean transformation experience with a proven track record.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years of Process Excellence or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead assessment, strategy creation, and execution for transformation in IA supply chain functions (planning, execution, procurement).
Coach and develop teams using lean principles to drive process improvements.
Develop and implement a balanced scorecard to measure program impact and drive discipline.
Establish KPIs and drive process rigor across the transformation.
Provide regular executive updates on status, escalations, and required support.
Support cross-functional teams to standardize work and realize savings through Lean.
