Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6–10 years.
• Experience in logistics integration, planning, sustainment, quality, training, or mission-partner coordination.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional organizations or complex integration activities.
• Experience developing integrated plans, schedules, sustainment products, or operational documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Top Secret–SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead JTDC quality, planning, training, and partner-integration activities.
• Establish cross-functional quality-control and quality-assurance processes.
• Inspect JTDC processes and outputs and identify nonconformances.
• Track corrective actions and recurring deficiencies.
• Develop and maintain integrated operational plans and schedules.
• Forecast material, maintenance, training, and sustainment requirements.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and lifecycle-support requirements.
• Maintain planning products and operational documentation.
• Develop and coordinate workforce training.
• Coordinate demonstrations, exercises, and logistics-tool training.
• Build and sustain relationships with Government, mission-partner, and partner-nation organizations.
• Track workforce qualifications and recurring training requirements.
• Supervise three subordinate functional or sub-team leads.
