Buscamos un Operador de Extruder para cargar, descargar y mover materiales esterilizados dentro de la planta, verificando lote a lote y asegurando el cumplimiento de procedimientos.

El puesto requiere diploma de secundaria y experiencia con montacargas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• Forklift Experience
• Comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
• Shift D – 6am a 6pm (12hrs) Sat & Sun; complete 2 days during the (8 hours)

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and moves sterilized materials within Plant through Filling / Packing Areas.
• Verifies each batch load and ensures compliance with procedures and specifications.
• Organizes trucks to start the shift.
• Performs line clearance as necessary: at racking area, out of pouch or packing.
• Keeps records of sample hour and moves the load to in process laboratory.
• Lifts and moves materials using forklift and manual handling as required.
• Reads work orders and follows instructions to move materials.
• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area.
• Counts, weighs, and records number of units moved daily.

Responsabilidades:

• Extruder Operator
• Loads, unloads, and moves sterilized materials within Plant through Filling / Packing Areas, packing areas, out of pouch and rotary as necessary.
• Verifies each batch load and assures everyone comply with procedures and specifications.
• Loads materials when the shift starts, reads manufacturing codes such as: blue tips, pouches, trucks.
• Organizes trucks to start the shift.
• Performs line clearance as necessary: at racking area, at out of pouch or packing.
• Loads batch samples from humid area through dry area, groups and classify them.
• Keeps records of sample hour and move the load to in process laboratory as soon as possible.
• Requests miscellaneous equipment and supplies at stock room, such as: plastic bags.
• Occasionally serve as back up at racking area, packing area and during break periods.
• Notifies to group leader any discrepancy with the materials.
• Controls product truck cards following specifications and procedures.
• Pick up scrap, weight and account the material at the end of each shift.
• Locates and prepares dummies trucks at the end of each batch or code. In packing area load dummies on tote pans.
• Performs daily check on forklift.
• Makes minor adjustments and routine preventive maintenance on forklift (such as: verifies the battery for water level).
• Reports major damage to immediate supervisor.
• Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
• Opens containers.
• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area.
• Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination.
• Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials.
• Loads truck for Industrial Truck Operator.
• Clamps sections of portable conveyor together to facilitate movement of materials or products.
• Removes Dummies samples of materials, labels with identifying information, and takes samples to laboratory for analysis.
• Lifts heavy objects by hand or with fork lift, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators.
• Operates electric hoist to moves materials and products.

Cualificaciones:
