Job Summary

The Jr Supply Chain Associate Intern will partner with our Production Control and Operations teams to support the Distribution Center in the development, maintenance and tracking of key performance KPIs. They will perform analysis for internal labor management data, forward looking and historical business demands, and critical customer-facing delivery metrics, in order identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Physical Distribution Center.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze customer-facing delivery metrics to evaluate service levels, ensure alignment with customer expectations, and identify areas of improvement.
• Conduct internal labor analyses to identify productivity trends, optimize resource allocation, and support operational decision-making.
• Analyze historical business demand trends to build a baseline understanding of operational performance, while forecasting forward-looking business demands to ensure the Distribution Center is proactively staffed and equipped.
• Drive root cause analysis to trouble shoot LMS or distribution concerns.
• Provide clear communication through presentations to the logistics executive team on various projects.
• Work in person to support in other business needs.

Requirements

• Candidates must have received a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months OR must have graduated with a Master’s degree within the last 12 months.
• Degree in Supply Chain management, Engineering, Data analytics, Business administration
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing, permanent basis without sponsorship.
• Must demonstrate autonomy and initiative in the way they manage their responsibilities and tasks.
• Must demonstrate ability to build relationships and collaborate in Physical Distribution environment.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Power Bi or cloud-based dashboard/report building, a plus.
• Studies in Lean Six Sigma, a plus
