Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group is seeking a Junior Validation Specialist to support validation activities in a regulated environment. You will assist with IQ/OQ/PQ execution, testing documentation, and field execution under supervision.

The role requires 13 years of validation experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences, and strong GMP knowledge. Collaboration with Engineering, Quality and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience documenting validation activities and CQV lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of validation and qualification protocols IQ OQ PQ
• Assist with testing activities, data collection and data logging
• Perform field verification of systems and equipment under supervision
• Assist in the preparation and review of validation documentation including protocols and reports
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP and company procedures
• Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and documentation updates as needed
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Validation Specialist with 13 years of experience to support validation and qualification activities in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of validation and qualification protocols IQ OQ PQ
• Assist with testing activities data collection and data logging
• Perform field verification of systems and equipment under supervision
• Assist in the preparation and review of validation documentation including protocols and reports
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP and company procedures
• Support deviation investigations CAPAs and documentation updates as needed
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering Quality and Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Life Sciences or related field
• 13 years of experience in validation CQV or related technical role in a regulated industry pharma biotech or medical devices
• Basic understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with validation lifecycle concepts IQOQPQ
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Preferred Exposure to utilities equipment qualification or manufacturing processes
• Internship or hands on experience in validation or quality environments
• Experience with documentation practices in regulated industries
