This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer or Designer who wants to be involved in more than simply producing drawings-you'll have the opportunity to collaborate across design, preconstruction, estimating, and construction while helping deliver complex building systems from concept through completion.

I intentionally leaned into Revit, HVAC, design‑build, mechanical systems, and complex facilities so it should attract candidates with actual MEP design experience rather than general mechanical engineers.
