Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking an Analyst to support network development plans and market analysis for an assigned market.

The role involves coordinating with construction and marketing teams to gather interior design and cost data, and preparing submission packages for senior management review. You will also participate in due diligence, real estate market tours, and ensure strict adherence to company policies, with travel to assigned markets twice monthly and a focus on ongoing professional

Qualifications

• 6 months with Circle K as an Analyst or equivalent.
• Ability to travel to assigned market twice a month.
• Attend monthly meetings in person in the RMBU office.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Driver's license and good driving record required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Contribute to network development plans and analysis of traditional gas stores for an assigned market. Learn to Negotiate and structure land lease and purchase transactions. Coordinate with the construction and marketing departments to obtain interior design and construction costs. Prepare and present complete submission packages for each site to senior management for review and approval. Undertake and organize real estate market tours. Participate in due diligence activities and admissibility process. Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. Perform other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

6 months with Circle K as an Analyst or equivalent. Completed a minimum of 5 MAP Ability to travel to an assigned market twice a month Attend monthly meetings in person in the RMBU office Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Drive to learn to become a Development Manager. Good team player, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities and deadlines. Self-motivated and autonomous with strong organizational skills. Willingness to adapt to changing job responsibilities. Driver's license and good driving record required.
