Job summary

Tech Consulting is seeking a Junior Python Developer to join our growing consulting team in the United States. This full-time (W2) role targets recent graduates and early-career IT professionals passionate about Python, automation, APIs, and modern application development.

You will develop, test, and maintain Python-based solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to RESTful APIs, databases, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

We are seeking motivated and aspiring Python Developers to join our growing consulting team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career IT professionals who are passionate about software development, Python programming, automation, APIs, and modern application development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable Python code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, QA engineers, and other technical teams.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with databases and write SQL queries to support application functionality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software development standards.
• Follow software development best practices, including version control and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–4 years of professional experience in software development, Python development, automation, data engineering, or a related technical role.
• Strong programming skills in **Python** and understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

• Experience working with REST APIs and relational databases.
• Knowledge of Python libraries such as **Pandas, NumPy**, or similar tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
